At Lake Forest we believe that children are a precious
gift from God. Therefore, we consider it a privilege and a
great responsibility in caring for each individual's needs.
It is our belief that every child in the care of Lake Forest
Community Church should be cared for physically, emotionally,
and spiritually.
Our children's department follows State of California standards
for health and safety policies and procedures. We carry strict
policies on checking children in and out of our classes, sanitation,
and qualifications of those who volunteer.
We strive to meet children's needs through "hands-on"
ministry rather than "baby-sitting". We teach children
lessons from the Bible, teach them how to pray, and lead them
in knowing and loving God.
Our children's ministry programs are first for the
child to learn and grow in their love and knowledge of Jesus
Christ and His Word, the Bible. Second, our programs
are designed for parents to feel 100% secure in leaving their
child so that they can attend the Adult Service focused with
peace of mind.
