Iron Man's vision is to ignite and train men to fulfill their God-given purpose to become disciples and leaders in their homes, church, work and world. Iron Man is taken from Proverbs 17:7, "as iron sharpens iron so one man sharpens another." When men come together and learn how to lead something explosive is released in Heaven and begins to affect lives here on earth. As men we need to discover and live out our Kingdom identity and purpose. We are called to shape history and bring His world into this one. Iron Man is training men for this very purpose. Consolidating Men - Encounter Weekends - Encounter Weekends free men from their past into spiritual victory through the power of the cross.

Discipling Men - School of Leaders - The School of Leaders provides a teaching environment to grow men spiritually as disciples and equip them with the values, skills, and passion to reach their full leadership potential.

Sending Men - Cell Leadership - After the School of Leaders men are given opportunity to pour their lives spiritually into other men by starting their own cell group. This is where men can shape the lives of other men for God's glory.
